This event is a fun way of raising breast cancer awareness as well as fundraising for Dragons Abreast which reaches out to those travelling the journey with breast cancer.

A Colourful fleet of Yachts!

Yachts and their crew get dressed up in their pinkest finery and Stokes Hill Wharf is a great vantage point for spectators to watch the colourful fleet of yachts, as they sail past from 11am with the race starting at 12noon.

A photographic competition is also being run – so grab your camera and head down for your chance to win a daytime cruise for yourself and 20 friends!

There are lots of ways you can support Simply the Breast even if you do not have a boat. You might like to have your own fundraiser, sell raffle tickets for us or just come down to the wharf from 10 am on race day (Sunday 8th May) as there are displays and activies happening.  Sail past is at 11 am and this is a great vantage point to see all the boats in their pinkest finery. Bring the whole family and enjoy a few hours soaking up the fabulous atmosphere on a beautiful dry season Mothers Day.
